Terms of Use

Last updated 9 October 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Earny (the “Service”). References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of the Service; “you” means the person using it. By using the Service you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

1. Nature of the Service

Earny provides information about online earning platforms and optional matching, saving and manual tracking tools. Public browsing and account features are provided without charge. Earny is not an employer, recruitment agency, payment intermediary or agent of a listed platform. We do not supply work, administer platform accounts or receive earnings on your behalf. Any relationship with a platform is governed by your separate agreement with it.

2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

An account is optional and requires Google sign-in and a minimum age of thirteen. You must also satisfy additional age, capacity or consent requirements applicable in your jurisdiction. Persons below the age of legal majority should involve a parent or guardian where applicable law requires it. The minimum account age does not establish eligibility for a listed platform.

You are responsible for accurate profile information and safeguarding access to your Google account. Do not permit another person to impersonate you or use your Earny account. Report suspected unauthorized use through Contact and corrections.

3. Third-party information and verification

Listings reflect information available at review. Platforms independently determine admission, task supply, remuneration, fees, geographic restrictions, identity checks and payment conditions and may change them without notice. Inclusion is not a certification of safety, solvency, suitability or legal compliance. Verify material requirements directly before disclosing information or committing resources.

Estimates and availability information are subject to the Earnings and Availability Disclaimer. Commercial relationships are described in the Affiliate Disclosure.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

Linking to public pages and reasonable attributed quotation are permitted, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Nothing restricts a use that applicable law permits regardless of contractual language.

5. Intellectual property and account records

Rights in original content, design and software belong to their respective owners or licensors. Third-party names, trademarks and logos remain their owners' property and are displayed for identification; inclusion does not imply endorsement. Access transfers no ownership right.

You retain rights you hold in information you provide. Processing of profile, saved and tracking information is described in the Privacy Policy. Settings provides account export and deletion.

6. Availability and warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Content is general information and is not individualized financial, investment, tax, employment or legal advice. Features may be amended, interrupted or withdrawn, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

7. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Earny is not responsible for a platform's conduct, refusal of admission, failure to provide work, withholding of payment or changes to its terms. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits and unrealized earnings arising from reliance on catalogue information or third-party services.

These exclusions apply only insofar as lawful. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any liability that applicable law prohibits excluding, or limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

8. Suspension and termination

You may discontinue use or delete your account in Settings. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, breach of these Terms, security risks or legal obligations. Deletion and retention are governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and interpretation

Revised Terms will be posted with an updated date. Any notice or acceptance required by applicable law remains necessary. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. These Terms do not displace mandatory protections applicable in your place of residence. Enquiries may be submitted through Contact and corrections.
